4. Recommendation Blazing Athletics will conduct an extensive evaluation on said athlete to determine level of play (NCAA Division 1,2,3 or NAIA

5. Referral Blazing Athletics will use its vast connections to place athletes on recruiting boards to help expedite recruiting process
